Like most women I just LOVE sunglasses! Here is a few drawings of some of my favorites from Bottega Veneta, Prada and Miu Miu.
Todays work resulted in these 3 fashion illustrations. As you might have noticed floral prints are very popular at the moment – so that is where I found my inspiration today. I did the fashion collages by hand and afterwards manipulated them in photoshop. I especially love to add handmade backgrounds such as ink dots.
I find it very fun to play with shapes and patterns. Find a background that you like, cut it into stripes or figures. Add a body on top, and create a shape that can be associated with the background – glue it all together and voila! Now you have your very own expressive piece of collage fashion art!
When illustrating fashion, I love to mix different media. A simple pencil drawing can be turned in to a much more expressive piece by playing with different sorts of media such as ink and collage. Have a look and try it out yourself!
Be a f**king lady : Black & white fashion illustration
21. juli 2017How do you capture femininity? I gave it a try when I did these black and white illustrations at Fashion Design Akademiet last year. I was super lucky to have the super talented Cecilie Bahnsen as my mentor.
I really like to play with rough, graphic and simple lines, combined with the feminine features – eyes, lips and hair.
